Shipping

After placing an order please allow 24-72 hours depending on orders being placed on a weekend or weekday. Shipments will be received within 3-5 business days. Return shipping for specimens/samples are included.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange Process

Mold Test Company accept returns for items that were damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must call (844) 930-6653 within 3 days of receiving the item to alert us of any damage and return the damaged product to us.

To complete your return, Mold Test Company must receive the returned item and proof of purchase, such as a copy of a receipt or order number associated with the purchaser’s name and address. Mold Test Company will ship out a replacement item, if available. If a replacement item is not available, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price of your item.

Refunds (non-damaged items)

After an item has been shipped, shipping and admin fees of 20% will be deducted from the refund when shipped in the US. Deduction for international shipments will vary depending on shipping costs. Mold Test Company will issue a full refund when a specimen/sample kit has not yet been shipped. The refund process time will take 5-7 business days after the item has been received by us, depending on your bank or institution.

Terms and Conditions

Mold Test Company shall not be held responsible for the following; other species of microbial growth or pathogens may have gone undetected during the sampling and environmental investigation. This report in no way precludes the existence of other microbial growth being present in this environment. The experience and education level of the person collecting the samples may also play a role in the outcome of any environmental sampling results.
