Mold and illness

Fungal ID for Mold and Illness

Unlike the SIBO test, the I.M. Screen can readily identify what type of bacterial overgrowth that is present within the gastrointestinal tract that can be responsible for unexplained inflammation. Inflammation is one of the major complaints of people suffering from mold and illness. The ability to recognize whether the bacteria is gram negative or positive and what type of bacteria is growing is instrumental to its eradication. Many times, the I.M. test detects co-exposures (the presence of more than one pathogen). This information is extremely important for the patient’s full recovery.
